PLANETARY GROUP RADIO
Looking to get your music played on the radio? Planetary Group specializes in College, AAA/Non Comm, and Commercial Specialty radio promotion, and have reached #1’s on the national charts with artists like Soccer Mommy and The Psychedelic Furs. We’ll help get your music in the hands of the tastemakers at radio, so let us know what you’re working on. It just might be your time to hit the airwaves.
Planetary Group has been around for a while. Founded in 1996, we’ve helped artists find their fans at every level. Through the years, many things have changed, but one thing that hasn’t is our connection to radio.
We found our start in the college radio scene, promoting records to local DJs and booking shows at nearby schools, until the local scene became the national scene, and the name Planetary had become quite synonymous with college radio promotion across the country.
Today, we’ve grown our network to stations all across North America, and promote to college, non-commercial, and commercial-specialty radio for artists all over the world. But enough about us.
After almost 25 years in the independent music industry, Planetary Group has heard a lot, but chances are we haven’t yet heard from you. If you’d like to send your music to radio, reach out to us with the music you’re working on. We’ll take a look and design a campaign that’s fit for you.

“Absolutely the best experience I’ve had working with a publicity agency in 15 years of releasing music. Planetary was attentive, professional and effective. I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else. Highly recommended to all folks in entertainment, especially those burnt out on publicists who could care less. The whole time I felt like my work was in great hands. I’ll be spreading the word.”
– Giuseppe Pasquali of American Trappist
“They did a phenomenal campaign for our debut record, Jarvis, by Young Man In A Hurry. Super responsive, proactive, and pro. Grateful for their wonderful work.”
